The service operates 24/7 – the helpline provides advice and information to people experiencing mental health difficulties, their families, professionals and the wider public.

The Helpline is operated by Birmingham Mind 9am – 11pm

Between 11pm and 9am, calls are diverted to either Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust or Forward Thinking Birmingham (Dependant on the callers age).

Forward Thinking Birmingham is the provider of mental health services for people up to the age of 25 in Birmingham.

Open to all Birmingham residents under secondary care, including service users on the SMI register.
